Property Networking Meetings are a waste of time! Is this what you think? Then think again…..

There is now a number of property networking meetings being run up and down the country, and spending a few hours once or twice a month where you can meet and talk to experts – can significantly affect your wealth. How do I know this – well I run the Warwickshire Property Meet in Stratford upon Avon every month and know from first hand experience just what an impact these meetings really have.

Not only can you meet with the speakers and talk to them; many of them are nationally known experts, property gurus and property millionaires. Here you can learn from the experts exactly which strategies are working for them and could work for you. An advantage with the smaller meetings is that you can gain access to the speakers, whereas at some of the major events you cannot get near them.

Where else for less than the price of a takeaway meal can you sit down and talk to other investors, share ideas and challenges, create joint partnerships, learn from their errors and meet other like minded people in a relaxing environment? You can also connect to the property professional who are able to offer their services and expertise.

If you are an experienced investor – it is essential that you allocate time to keep up to date with what is happening as this affects your portfolio. If you are a novice then you need the education that the meetings can offer you and a chance to connect with other investors before you start to build your portfolio.

How else will you find out about Lease Options, BMV properties, HMO’s, creative finance etc or any one of the other strategies that exists currently? Time spent here could save you not only thousands of pounds but also months or evens years in wasted time.

Should you go to just one meeting? No – you need to attend 2 or 3 every month, hear the different speakers and network with everyone who attends. If you are serious about investing in property – then you need to allocate sufficient time to network so that you are best able to profit from the knowledge and contacts you gain.
